Our payment plan here at Rosemont is based on a three-deposit system. The first deposit would be due upon booking the facility, the second deposit of $1,000 is due four months prior to the event and the third, and final, deposit is due the night of the event.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that your reception would need to be cancelled, we have full and partial refunds available depending upon your circumstances. A full deposit will be returned to you if a written cancellation notice is given to Rosemont Country Club six months prior to the event. Half of the deposit will be returned if notice is given within three-six months prior to the event and NO deposit will be returned if the event is canceled less than 90 days prior to the event.

of your event with outside vendors, please discuss those details with the Banquet Manager. Any extra fees incurred will be added to your final bill.
Liability
In the event that any outside source is being used for decorations, centerpieces, napkins, place cards, orchestras, etc., it is the responsibility of the party host/hostess to provide for the set-up and removal of these items. Any damages incurred to RCC property by guests of the function are the sole responsibility of the party host/hostess who will be billed for the expense of the repair/clean-up.
Food Tasting
Four months prior to your event, the Banquet Manager will arrange a private food tasting for the Bride, Groom and two of their honored guests. This tasting will give you an opportunity to sample selected menu entrees before having to decide on what you would like to serve to your guests the evening of the reception.
